Contact SupportFrequently Asked Questions
Your Lifebook is your blueprint across twelve areas of life. Each category has four parts: Premise (what you believe), Vision (where you’re going), Purpose (why it matters), and Strategy (how you’ll get there).
- Open Lifebook from the app navigation.
- Pick one category to start (many people begin with Health & Fitness or Life Vision).
- Fill in Premise, Vision, Purpose, and Strategy for that category. You can edit anytime.
- Save your work. Completion for that category updates automatically as you add content.
The dashboard may prompt you to complete your first category when everything is still empty—follow that link if you see it.
Tip: Done is better than perfect. Short, honest drafts unlock templates, goals, and (on Premium) AI-generated tasks tied to your vision.
Daily progress lives in your Daily Log—one log per calendar day, shaped by the templates you assign in Profile.
- Go to Daily Logs or use Quick Entry from the dashboard.
- Choose the date (today or a past day). Future dates aren’t allowed for new logs.
- Complete the fields your templates provide: habits, metrics, mood, reflections, and more.
- Your log autosaves as you work. You’ll see status indicators while editing.
Connected Oura Ring or Renpho data can flow into dedicated template fields after you sync from Profile.
Benefit: One consistent place to see how you lived the day—and how it scores against the goals and templates you chose.
Elyon organizes growth around twelve life dimensions (Lifebook categories). Together they help you design a balanced life, not just a single habit streak.
- Health & Fitness
- Intellectual Life
- Emotional Life
- Character
- Spiritual Life
- Love Relationship
- Parenting
- Social Life
- Financial Life
- Career
- Quality of Life
- Life Vision
Each dimension has its own Lifebook section (Premise, Vision, Purpose, Strategy). You can assign daily log templates and goals by category so tracking matches what matters to you in each area.
The Lifebook System turns abstract ambitions into structured clarity. For each of the twelve categories you document:
- Premise — The beliefs and assumptions you’re operating from.
- Vision — The future you’re building in this area.
- Purpose — Why this category matters to you.
- Strategy — Concrete actions and principles you’ll follow.
Elyon tracks completion per category and overall so you can see where your life design is still a draft versus fully articulated.
You can view a beautiful book-style presentation of your Lifebook (shared URL uses your username path). Premium: AI can read your Lifebook text to suggest daily, weekly, and monthly tasks aligned with your strategy.
Benefit: Your daily tracking and goals connect back to a single coherent story of who you’re becoming—not isolated checkboxes.
Daily Logs are dated records of your day. Each log is built from one or more assigned templates that define which fields appear and how points are earned.
What you can log
Depending on your templates, fields may include numbers, sliders, multiple choice, checkboxes, short text, long text, and reflection prompts. Template authors can attach conditions (for example, points when sleep is above a threshold).
Editing and autosave
- Logs autosave over the REST API while you edit.
- You can edit past dates; future dates are blocked when creating or saving logs.
- Oura and Renpho fields are typically filled by sync rather than typed manually.
Scoring
A template-based scoring engine computes category and overall scores from field values, reflections, and related rules. Use the in-app help on Daily Logs or Dashboard if you want a breakdown of how today’s score was calculated.
Benefit: One log per day keeps energy, habits, and mindset visible in the same timeline as your long-term Lifebook.
Weekly Reviews and Monthly Reviews summarize patterns from your daily logs so you can zoom out from individual days.
- They aggregate metrics and scores (for example across fitness, emotional, and intellectual dimensions) based on your logged data.
- Use them to ask what worked, what didn’t, and what you’ll adjust next week or month.
- Population is driven by rollup calculations from your daily logs, so richer daily data yields richer reviews.
Open the relevant section from your app navigation when it’s time for your ritual—many users pair weekly reviews with a set calendar block.
Benefit: You learn from trends instead of judging yourself on one off day.
AI task generation is a Premium feature. It reads your Lifebook content—Premise, Vision, Purpose, and Strategy—for a category and generates actionable daily, weekly, and monthly tasks aligned with what you wrote.
- Tasks refresh on a 24-hour cache; you can regenerate when you need fresh ideas.
- If a category has little or no Lifebook content, the app will ask you to add substance there first (AI needs your words to personalize output).
- Usage is rate-limited to keep the service fair and reliable for everyone.
Benefit: You spend less time deciding what to do and more time doing the work that matches your stated vision.
To upgrade to Premium:
- Sign in and open Billing (or the upgrade path from Pricing).
- Choose the plan that fits you and complete checkout.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Premium unlocks features such as AI task generation, expanded history (vs. Free viewing limits), and other plan benefits shown on the Pricing page.
If checkout fails, verify your card details and try again, or contact support with the time of the attempt and any error message shown.
Yes. You can cancel from your Billing settings at any time.
- Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- After that, your account moves to the Free plan.
- You can use Stripe’s customer portal where available to manage subscription and payment methods.
Refund policies may vary by promotion—check the terms shown at purchase or ask support with your account email.
We use Stripe for payments. We accept major credit and debit cards (for example Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods Stripe supports in your region.
We don’t store your full card number on our servers—Stripe handles card data according to industry standards.
If your preferred method isn’t available at checkout, contact support and we’ll note your region for future options.
By default, your Lifebook content is tied to your account. The book view uses a URL that includes your username—treat that link like any shareable URL: anyone with the link may be able to view what you’ve published there, depending on your settings and implementation.
For maximum privacy, avoid sharing your book link publicly unless you intend to. Premium positioning may include additional privacy emphasis; check in-app labels and your Profile for the latest visibility options.
We do not sell your personal tracking data to advertisers. Use a strong, unique password and enable social login only from accounts you control.
We want you to be able to take your data seriously. If you need a copy of your account data in a portable form, contact us through Contact Support (or your usual support email) and include the email address on your account.
Site administrators may have separate export tools in WordPress admin for operational backups; those are not the same as a self-serve user export button.
If you need deletion under applicable privacy laws, mention that in your request so we can verify your identity and process it according to policy.
Your Elyon data lives in your site’s WordPress database as posts and user meta (daily logs, Lifebook, goals, templates, etc.).
- Traffic should use HTTPS so data in transit is encrypted.
- Integration tokens (for example Oura or Renpho) are stored so sync can run; sensitive credentials are handled with care—follow Profile prompts when reconnecting after errors.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; card details are not stored on our application servers in plain form.
We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the platform. No online service can guarantee absolute security—use a strong password and report suspected unauthorized access immediately.
Try these steps in order:
- Confirm you’re using the correct email and check for typos.
- Use Forgot password to send a reset link. Check spam and promotions folders.
- If you normally use Google or Microsoft, use the same provider button—your account may be tied to social login rather than a password.
- Try another browser or a private window to rule out extensions blocking cookies or scripts.
- After repeated failures, wait a few minutes—rate limiting may temporarily protect your account from brute-force attempts.
If you still can’t sign in, contact support with the email you registered and approximate time of the last successful login.
Scores come from the template scoring engine using your field values, reflections, and template rules.
- After editing a log, wait for save to finish. Autosave should recalculate scores; if something looks stuck, refresh the page once.
- Ensure you’ve completed fields that actually carry points for your template—some fields are informational or synced-only.
- Reflections (morning/evening) count toward reflection scoring when completed for that day.
- If you changed templates or point values in the Template Builder, older logs use the rules as applied when saved—try editing and re-saving a field if values look stale.
- Templates with no scoreable fields may show N/A rather than a percentage.
Open the score help or breakdown UI in Daily Logs or Dashboard (where available) to see how today’s number was built. If numbers stay wrong after a refresh, contact support with the date and template name.
Quick fixes:
- Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R).
- Try another browser or disable ad blockers / privacy extensions for this site.
- Confirm you’re on a supported, up-to-date browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
- On mobile, check network connectivity and disable VPN temporarily to test.
If a specific screen (Daily Log modal, Dashboard, Profile) spins forever, note which page and whether the browser console shows errors, and send a screenshot to support.
Ensure your device clock is set correctly—odd date issues can affect “today” and validation.
Scoring is template-driven. Each assigned template defines fields (numbers, ranges, selects, checkboxes, reflections, etc.) and how many points you earn when values meet configured conditions.
- You get a category-level view of performance based on which templates map to which life categories.
- Overall score rolls up from what you logged and the rules in play.
- Goals can add goal-based bonus logic when template fields align with targets (for example steps or sleep).
- Morning and evening reflections contribute when both parts of the reflection ritual are completed for the day.
Use the in-app score explanation or breakdown (where available) for the exact weights on a given day—templates differ widely by design.
Connect Oura so sleep, activity, and readiness can flow into your daily log (via the Oura-oriented template and sync).
- Open Profile and find the Oura section.
- Start the connect flow. You’ll authorize Elyon through Oura’s OAuth screen.
- After success, assign or keep the Oura Ring template so the right fields appear on your log.
- Use Sync to pull the latest data. Sync may be rate-limited to protect Oura’s API.
- Oura can also send webhook updates when configured—data may appear after Oura processes your night.
If tokens expire or Oura returns an error, the app will prompt you to reconnect. Check the help icon next to Oura in Profile for contextual messages.
Renpho sync brings body composition and weight metrics into your log.
- In Profile, open Renpho and enter the credentials you use with Renpho’s cloud (as prompted).
- Complete connection; the site stores tokens needed for sync (encryption may be configured by your host).
- Assign the Renpho Body Composition template (or equivalent) so fields display on daily logs.
- Use Sync to fetch the latest measurements. Sync is rate-limited.
If sync fails, read the inline message—common cases include expired login, network issues, or hitting rate limits. Re-enter credentials if the app asks you to reconnect.
Templates define what you track each day: which fields appear, how they’re labeled, and how scoring works.
- Browse the Template Library to discover community and default templates.
- Assign templates from Profile (or the library) to your account. You can map them to life categories.
- Fork a template to customize a copy; use Template Builder for advanced edits if you have access.
- Templates include types like Holistic Wellness, Oura Ring, and Renpho Body Composition, each tuned for different tracking styles.
Benefit: Your daily log matches your actual life—minimalists can use a light template; athletes can load performance fields.
Reflections live on the Reflections page: a morning priming and an evening review tied to how you wanted to show up.
Scoring treats them as a pair: you can earn partial or full reflection credit depending on whether you completed neither, one, or both parts for that calendar day. That flows into your daily score alongside template field points.
Benefit: The app rewards consistency of intention and review—not just hustle without closure.
When you cancel Premium, you keep your account on the Free plan. We do not delete your Lifebook, logs, or goals immediately.
- On Free, you may only view a recent window of daily logs (for example the last seven days)—older rows remain stored and become visible again if you upgrade.
- You can re-subscribe later and pick up where you left off.
- For full account deletion or a data export, contact support with your registered email.
Exact retention windows are subject to the terms shown at signup and Pricing; this article reflects typical product behavior.
Goals turn Lifebook vision into measurable targets.
- Open Goals (and Goal Tracking for charts).
- Create goals such as weight, reading, learning, fitness, or custom types.
- Set quarterly targets and “wins” where the UI provides them.
- Link template fields (steps, sleep, body composition, etc.) when offered so logging automatically moves progress.
- You can extract goals from Lifebook categories you’ve completed to pre-fill meaningful targets.
Weekly context questions help you stay focused between reviews.
Benefit: Scoring can reward progress toward the numbers you actually care about—not generic badges.
Yes—privacy is core to Elyon. We build for people tracking sensitive health and life data.
- We do not sell your personal wellness or Lifebook content to third-party advertisers.
- Connections like Stripe, Oura, and Renpho are used only to provide the features you turn on.
- Use HTTPS, a strong password, and caution with who receives your Lifebook book URL.
- Users in the EU/UK and other regions may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data—contact support with your account email for requests.
For legal details, read the Privacy Policy on the site; this FAQ is a plain-language summary.
If Oura or Renpho sync fails:
- Read the inline error in Profile—messages often distinguish expired tokens, wrong password, rate limits, or server errors.
- For Oura, use Reconnect when the app suggests it after 401/403-style errors.
- For Renpho, re-enter credentials if prompted; token expiry is handled by reconnecting.
- Wait if you hit rate limits and try again later.
- Check Oura or Renpho’s own service status if everything fails at once.
After a successful sync, open that day’s Daily Log and confirm template fields updated. Still stuck? Contact support with provider name, approximate time, and any error code shown.
Quick Entry opens from the Dashboard so you can log today without hunting through menus.
- Click the quick-entry action; the modal loads your assigned templates as dynamic fields.
- Pick the date if you’re backfilling a past day (future dates are blocked).
- Fill fields; watch for Saving… / Saved / Unsaved changes so you know autosave status.
- Close when done—your log is stored like a full Daily Log edit.
Benefit: Lower friction on busy days means fewer broken streaks and more honest data.
Fixed templates (often system or library defaults) ship with a defined set of fields and scoring tuned by the author. They’re ideal when you want a proven structure—Oura and Renpho templates are examples tied to device data.
Custom templates are ones you or your team create in the Template Builder: you add fields, set point values, conditions, and category mapping. Forking an existing template is the fastest way to customize.
Both types assign the same way in Profile; the difference is who controls the schema and updates.
Tip: Start fixed, then fork once you know which fields you actually fill every day.
