How do I set and track goals?

Goals turn Lifebook vision into measurable targets.

  1. Open Goals (and Goal Tracking for charts).
  2. Create goals such as weight, reading, learning, fitness, or custom types.
  3. Set quarterly targets and “wins” where the UI provides them.
  4. Link template fields (steps, sleep, body composition, etc.) when offered so logging automatically moves progress.
  5. You can extract goals from Lifebook categories you’ve completed to pre-fill meaningful targets.

Weekly context questions help you stay focused between reviews.

Benefit: Scoring can reward progress toward the numbers you actually care about—not generic badges.
