You have signed up—now what? Elyon works best when a few foundations are in place before you chase perfection. Here is a five-step path most new members complete in under an hour.
1. Finish your profile
Set your timezone, name, and avatar. Your timezone defines “today” for logs, streaks, and scoring—getting this right on day one prevents confusing date bugs later.
2. Assign a daily log template
Open the Template Library and pick something realistic—Holistic Wellness or Minimal Tracking are popular starts. You can fork or swap templates anytime.
3. Write one Lifebook category
Choose a single area (many people start with Health or Life Vision) and draft Premise, Vision, Purpose, and Strategy. Short paragraphs beat empty categories.
4. Complete one daily log
Use Quick Entry or Daily Logs for today. Save once end-to-end so you see autosave, scoring, and how fields feel in practice.
5. Optional: connect a device
If you use Oura or Renpho, connect from Profile and run a sync. Assign the matching template so sleep or body metrics flow into the right fields.
That is it—you are set up to iterate. Next, explore goals, reflections, and weekly reviews when you are ready for more structure.
