How to write your first Lifebook category in fifteen minutes

Set a timer for fifteen minutes. Pick one category—Health & Fitness or Life Vision are fine defaults. You are drafting, not publishing a memoir.

Minute 0–3: Premise

Write three to five sentences: what do you believe is true about this area today? Bullet points are allowed.

Minute 3–7: Vision

Describe the future you want in present tense (“I am…”, “We…”). Skip metrics for now; focus on the felt outcome.

Minute 7–10: Purpose

Answer in one short paragraph: why does this category matter to you now?

Minute 10–15: Strategy

List three habits, boundaries, or projects you will lean on in the next ninety days. Rough edges are fine.

Save. You can edit anytime. Completion percentage will move—use that as encouragement, not pressure. Your next step might be extracting a goal or assigning a template that matches this category.
