By accessing or using UXBeing (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
UXBeing is a personal growth platform that helps users design their lives across 12 key dimensions through structured frameworks, daily tracking, and AI-powered insights.
User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- You may not share your account with others
Subscription and Payment
Free Plan
- Basic features available at no cost
- Lifebook content is public by default
Paid Plans
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
- No refunds for partial billing periods
User Content
Your Content
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant us a license to use your content to provide the Service
- You are responsible for your content
Content Guidelines
You agree not to post content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
- Infringes on others’ rights
- Contains viruses or malicious code
- Is spam or unsolicited commercial content
Intellectual Property

- UXBeing and its original content are our property
- Our trademarks and logos are protected
- You may not use our intellectual property without permission
Your Rights
- You retain ownership of your user-generated content
- You grant us a license to use your content to provide the Service

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

Disclaimers
Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Limitation of Liability
