Lifebook visibility
The book view uses a URL that includes your username. Anyone with the link may be able to read published content—share deliberately.
Data use
We do not sell your personal wellness data to advertisers. Third parties such as Stripe, Oura, or Renpho receive only what is needed for the features you enable.
Passwords and OAuth
Use a strong password. For Google or Microsoft login, keep those accounts secured with two-factor authentication where possible.
