Self-serve export
If your administrator exposes an export tool for end users, it will be documented in-product. Otherwise, request a portable copy of your data via Contact Support.
Administrative exports
Site owners may have CSV or backup tools in WordPress admin for operations—these are separate from a member-facing “download my data” button.
Deletion
Account or data deletion may require identity verification and follows your site’s privacy policy and applicable law.
