A daily log is one record per calendar day, built from your assigned templates.
Creating and editing
Open Daily Logs, choose a date, and fill fields. You may edit past dates; future dates are blocked for new logs and certain saves. Content autosaves over the REST API—watch for Saving / Saved / Unsaved indicators.
Quick Entry
From the Dashboard, Quick Entry opens a modal with the same dynamic fields as the full editor—useful for fast check-ins.
Field types
Depending on templates you may see numbers, sliders, selects, checkboxes, text, long text, and reflection fields. Device-backed fields (Oura/Renpho) usually populate via sync.
Scoring
Scores are computed by the template scoring engine from field values, conditions, reflections, and goals. Use in-app score help where available for a breakdown.
